Student Cancellations: A refund minus 15% of the cost of the course will be given to students who cancel at least 14 days prior to the first day of class. No refunds can be provided after this date, as our instructor and classroom planning depends on advance notice.

Course Cancellations: The Institute may cancel a course due to low enrollment. If a course is cancelled, we will let you know by email 24-48 hours before the course begins. In the case of cancellation, you may enroll in a course of comparable price, the same course being offered at a later date, or request a full refund.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

Class Etiquette

Our class experience is a learning-centered environment. We respect our students' time and seek to build an atmosphere of observation, listening, focus, and feedback.

You will find an enjoyable camaraderie with other students in your class. We ask that once studio time begins, students quietly focus on their work, minimizing conversation for their own sake and in kindness to those around them.

Often instructors will assign short readings, videos, or questions for personal reflection through the Pathwright app. Assignments outside of class will be an enrichment to the in-person learning experience and will not be tedious or time-consuming. We ask that you do your best to complete the work on time to get the most out of the live class experience.

Other thoughts to keep in mind:

  • Please attend every class, unless you have communicated with the instructor in advance.

  • Arrive on time in order to help every student make the most of their time.

  • Turn mobile phones off.

  • Always feel free to ask questions.

  • Respect others by not dominating questions & conversations.
